ICC champions trophy commencing on February 19, it's another big event for cricket fans where wholesome entertainment awaits for fans. In the Champions Trophy, the top 8 ICC ranking teams participated. The last time the Champions Trophy commenced was in 2017 when Pakistan defeated their arch-rivals India in the finale. 
 Now Pakistan is going to host the Champions Trophy 2025. This year Champions Trophy was played in a hybrid model where due to security reasons India will play their matches in Dubai which commences the hybrid model. ICC just released their general seats ticket on February 3. Within minutes of release, tickets were sold at quick rates. Specially India match tickets were sold out despite the long queue on the round. 
Importance Of Jacket
White Jacket marks the significance of respect to the champions who won the tournament. Each member of the team is presented with the White Jacket and a small pendant of silverware is placed on the chest of the Jacket.


 According to the ICC board, the White Jackets are a "badge of honour" that reflects the integrity and determination of players. Recently ICC has released a video with legendary Wasim Akram indeed on it.

When Did The Tenure Start
The Champions Trophy was inducted by the ICC in 1998, but the introduction of White Jackets and silverware started in 2009 when Australia won the Champions Trophy in South Africa. From then on the tradition continues with India winning under the captaincy of Ms Dhoni in 2013. ICC too defined this as a mark of respect to the champions who have played a good amount of cricket to achieve the feat.

Current Champions Trophy winners Pakistan are hosting the Champions Trophy. Who would be holding their eye to win it once more on their home ground? Where other teams have also padded up to take up the challenge. This 13-day testimonial grasp happens in ODI format. The 8 teams are separated into two groups A and B and the top two of the groups will be semi-finalists who would be marching for the greatness of Champions. This year White Blazzer and silverware will be for whom, we would have to wait for March 3 the finals of the Champions Trophy.
