Will Jasprit Bumrah play the ENG vs IND 5th Test at Kennington Oval? India’s coach hints
India's head coach, Gautam Gambhir, has shed light on whether Jasprit Bumrah will play the fifth ENG vs IND Test in London.

The fourth Test between England and India at Old Trafford in Manchester hasn’t been a fun week for the bowlers. In both camps, after six weeks of the series, there are some tired and heavy legs. In that case, the question has arisen whether they would gain full fitness for the fifth fixture at the Kennington Oval in South London.
India faces a selection dilemma ahead of the contest. Their head coach, Gautam Gambhir, before the start of the series, made it clear that they would keep their premier pacer, Jasprit Bumrah, only in three games of the series, which has already been completed. But with the series in line, questions have emerged on whether he would look to change his decision.
"All the fast bowlers are fit. There are no injury concerns. We haven't had any conversation around the combination for the last Test. No decision has been made on whether Jasprit Bumrah will play or not. Ultimately, whoever plays, they will try to do the job for the country.’ Gambhir expressed in the press conference.

It means that both the injured pacers, Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep, who were ruled out of the encounters, have regained their fitness. It was a heavy workload for Bumrah, who bowled 33 overs in their lone innings with the ball. The eyes will also be on Mohammed Siraj, who looked tired by the end of the innings.
‘If he (Bumrah) feels like he's fully fit and available for us, I think it would be a great deal for us. If he's not playing, I still think we have the right kind of bowling attack.’ India’s captain, Shubman Gill, said to the BBC. A victory in South London will mean that it will draw the series 2-2.
India is currently in the fourth position in the WTC points table with a PCT of 33.33, while England is just over them in the ladder with 54.17. Rishabh Pant, the wicket-keeper and batter, has already been ruled out of the fifth and final game of the series, as the management has called N Jagadeesan for the Oval Test.
