After losing the toss, RCB put up a massive total of 254/5 in 20 overs. And also this was the highest playoff total in IPL history. Rajat Patidar played a brilliant unbeaten innings of 93 runs off just 33 balls, while Virat Kohli scored 43 off 25 balls. Krunal Pandya also added 43 runs as RCB completely dominated the GT bowlers.
In reply, Gujarat Titans lost Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill, and Jos Buttler early in the chase. Rahul Tewatia fought hard with 68 runs off 43 balls, but GT were bowled out for 162 runs. The big victory helped RCB reach the IPL final for the second straight season.
