Yash Dayal reveals secret story of accused woman after FIR on sexual harassment

A few days ago, a Ghaziabad woman made serious sexual harassment allegations and exploitations on the left-arm Indian pacer, Yash Dayal, who had been booked under Section 69 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The woman registered the FIR at the Indirapuram police station, followed by a preliminary investigation into a complaint filed through the Chief Minister’s grievance portal.

Now, Dayal has revealed a secret story about the woman, where he expressed how she took a huge chunk of money from the fast bowler in the name of medical treatment. Section 69 of the BNS Act is committed on different bases of faulty promises, like flawed assurance of marriage or employment. She also made reports of the RCB pacer torturing her financially, mentally, and physically.

“The woman, who has accused me of sexual harassment and has registered a FIR on that, met me on Instagram in the year 2021. On the name of her medical treatment, she charged lakhs of money. She also promised to give my money back, but I have not gotten back a single penny as of now.” The Uttar Pradesh-born pacer was addressed as the reports have claimed.

However, the woman echoed a different story. She broke the news that it was the 27-year-old pacer who charged money from her during their relationship days. For the evidence of the entire story, she also spoke about carrying chat records, photographs, video recordings, and various screenshots to back her words. Dayal’s statement, however, has now changed the entire momentum of the story.

Dayal was part of the ‘Play Bold’ army when they earned their maiden IPL trophy in 2025. Whether with the new ball in the powerplay or in the death overs with the old ball, the left-arm pacer was equally incredible and contributed massively. He picked up 13 wickets during the successful campaign under Rajat Patidar’s captaincy at an economy rate of under 10, including the best figures of 2/18 in an inning.

Yash got a national call-up last year during their home series against Bangladesh. He also flew to Australia during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024/25 to help the batters in the practice sessions, but he is yet to make his red-ball debut for the Indian side.
