India’s batting coach Sitanshu Kotak admitted that Rohit Sharma has been going through a rough times but remains confident in his comeback. With the second ODI against England around the corner, Kotak believes the skipper will find his rhythm soon.

Rohit Sharma , Captain of the India cricket team,isn't good with bat . Rohit Sharma did not perform well at the VCA stadium in Nagpur when they played their first ODI against England. Rohit only made two runs in the first ODI. Since he's not playing very well, fans are a little scared about how he will do in the next ODI and ICC Champions Trophy.

India Batting Coach Sitanshu Kotak Backs Rohit Sharma 

Even though Rohit had to go back early, the India team still won the game with 6 player's left. They're now winning the  first game .Now,India are in with 1-0. Shubman Gill, who is Vice Captain, did a really good job and scored 87 runs. Also, two players named Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel did a great job for the team by getting 59 and 52 runs. This new man Harshit Rana did amazing and got 3 players out and only gave away 53 runs in seven Overs. The experienced player, Ravindra Jadeja, really helped the team win by only letting 26 runs go in his nine Overs. Jadeja also got 3 players out.

India's batting coach, Sitanshu Kotak, said to reporters and said even though Rohit did not play very well in Australia , Rohit will Comeback soon with better performance. The batting coach knows Rohit has had a hard time, but he thinks Rohit can do a good job. This was before the second game where India plays again.

"Yes, he had some issues in Australia, but we all know what he is capable of. He’s a world-class player, and we believe he’ll come good soon," Kotak said.

Rohit has not been playing very well. He only got 31 runs in Australia. Everyone is looking at Rohit now because we have an important ICC Champions Trophy coming up soon. Fans really want him to become better and be a great Captain for his team. It's important that he performs well when he plays with his bat, so India can be the best team against England.
