IPL 2026: Top 3 Players with the Most IPL Centuries

As the Indian Premier League continues to deliver thrilling contests in the 2026 season, individual brilliance with the bat remains one of the tournament’s biggest highlights. Among the many milestones in the league, scoring a century stands out as a remarkable achievement in the fast-paced T20 format.

Over the years, a few batters have consistently dominated bowling attacks and converted their innings into match-defining hundreds. In this article, we take a look at the top three players with the most centuries in IPL history.

1. Virat Kohli (8 Centuries)

Virat Kohli holds the record for the most centuries in the Indian Premier League, scoring eight hundreds for Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Over the course of his IPL career, Kohli has also become the tournament’s all-time leading run-scorer, accumulating 8,661 runs in 267 matches.

His highest IPL score is 113 not out, a feat he has achieved twice — once against Rajasthan Royals in 2024 and earlier against Punjab Kings in 2016. Kohli’s consistency and ability to produce big innings have made him one of the most dominant batters in IPL history.
