The Gujarat Titans get another win on the board and they will be pleased to see Rashid Khan doing the damage. His battle with Heinrich Klaasen was pretty interesting with Khan knocking him over cleverly to announce his presence in the tournament. The Titans also deployed Noor Ahmed and are looking to show flexibility with their bowling attack.
The Punjab Kings though, continue to have some concerns. Their batting depth and form of Shikhar Dhawan are among the first concerns. With the ball too they are lacking in the middle and the side overall looks a little light on both ends, relying on a few players to come good for their success.
Date: April 4th, 2023

Venue: Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad
A clear and warm evening is expected at Ahmedabad.
The Ahmedabad track was on the slower side for the first game. Dew though could be a factor in a night game pushing sides to bat second.

Mohit Sharma
Mohit Sharma is enjoying his time after coming back to the IPL. His variations are on target and wickets keep finding their way to his name as Mohit Sharma nails his yorkers and back of the hand slower balls in the back end of the innings.
Harpreet Brar
Harpreet Brar is bowling pretty well this season. He does have the knack of picking up some key wickets in between and has looked their best spinner with Rahul Chahar not doing so great.
