Fakhar Zaman
Fakhar Zaman‘s form continues to be a concern. Pakistan are backing him to get back to his best and if he does they would find some really good starts up front. Zaman though looks far from doing so and may be better off spending some time out in the middle to find his timing and touchback.
Maheesh Theekshana
Theekshana has been far from his best in recent months. With Hasaranga out though Theekshana will be stepping up as the leader of the spin attack. He is their only first choice option available and his spells are going to be very important in Sri Lanka’s title defence.
Pakistan are favorites despite the form Sri Lanka has been in.
