Tazmin Brits

Tazmin Brits has changed South African cricket by becoming the first woman to score five tons in a year. Her journey to the top was not easy. She was a former World Junior Athletics Championships bronze medallist in javelin and also met the qualification mark for the 2012 London Olympics.

South Africa Women defeated New Zealand Women by six wickets in Indore, with Tazmin Brits’ brilliant century and Nonkululeko Mlaba’s four-wicket haul leading their dominant World Cup 2025 win.
