Bangladesh Cricket Board Releases Updated Central Contract List for 2025

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced its central contract list for 2025, including 22 players. Most of them were part of Bangladesh’s squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Dubai and Pakistan. Mahmudullah has told the BCB that he doesn’t want to continue with a national contract after February 2025, so he will be left out from March onward.

Former captain Mushfiqur Rahim, who recently retired from ODIs, will be moved to Grade B from March. Wicketkeeper Parvez Hossain Emon, who wasn’t part of the Champions Trophy squad, has also been left out. Under the new contract system, Grade A+ players will earn 10 lakh taka per month, while Grade A players will receive 8 lakh.
