East Delhi Riders won by 21 runs against Purani Dilli-6 and stayed strong in the DPL 2025 play-offs race. Batting first, they made 172/6 in 20 overs. Opener Arpit Rana gave a good start with 64 from 47 balls, while captain Anuj Rawat played a match-winning knock of 59 not out from 36 balls, hitting 3 fours and 6 sixes. Mayank Rawat added a quick 12 from 6 balls. For Purani Dilli-6, Aayush Singh bowled well and took 2 wickets.

The team lost some early wickets but built steady partnerships. In the end, Anuj Rawat’s big shots lifted the score. Chasing the target, Purani Dilli-6 struggled to keep up. Samarth Seth scored 41 from 30 balls and captain Vansh Bedi hit 48 from 26 balls, but they could not finish the job. Navdeep Saini took 3/21 and Ashish Meena 2/33 to seal the win for East Delhi Riders.
