He was supported by Soumya Sarkar (36 off 28) and Nurul Hasan (34 off 18) to push their side to a defendable total. Despite disciplined spells from Shakib Al Hasan (1/16 in 4) and Qais Ahmad (1/28 in 4), the Capitals couldn’t fully contain the Riders’ batting.

Sediqullah Atal top-scored with 38 off 31 balls, while Sanjay Krishnamurthy (27 off 22) and Dominic Drakes (22 off 16) provided late resistance. But Rangpur bowlers resisted firmly, with Saif Hassan (3/20) and Khaled Ahmed (2/14) delivering match-winning spells to seal the innings under pressure.
