During the National Champions Cup 2026 clash between Pakistan Whites and Pakistan Blue at the Multan Cricket Stadium, Hasan Ali displayed a funny dance celebration after taking the wicket of Shahnawaz Dahani, as the video went viral on social media platforms.
At the end of the clash, the Whites won the contest by six runs, with the Blues bundled out for 239 runs in the chase of 245 runs. It was a closely fought contest between the two sides, where the batting wasn’t an easy job.

It was the second delivery of the 49th over of the innings when Hasan Ali bowled a length delivery to Shahnawaz Dahani, who went for a wild whack towards the death overs of the innings. The right-hander missed to connect the ball as it broke the stumps and made his way into the pavilion for the first-ball duck.

Just after taking the wicket, Hasan went back and made a funny reaction where he spread his hands and copied the celebration of Dahani, who laughed at the celebration. Hasan walked up to him and had a few lively words.

The moment went viral. Meanwhile, Dahani later dismissed Hasan to win the contest. He, after taking the wicket, rushed up to the boundary line in celebration of the victory.

Pakistan Whites posted 245 runs on the board, thanks to the fine 71-run knock off Shazaib Khan, who smashed three boundaries and as many sixes at a strike rate of 83.52. In reply, the Blue were bundled out for 239 runs, despite the twin half-centuries from Maaz Sadaqat and Mohammad Faiq.
Hasan has picked up a total of 88 wickets in 52 innings of the longest format at an average of 28 and a strike rate of 54.8. In ODIs, he collected 102 wickets in 66 innings at an average of 31, along with his 72 wickets in 56 innings of the shortest format at an economy rate of 8.71.
His last ODI and T20I clash for Pakistan came in August last year. He will hope to make a strong comeback to the national side.
