IPL 2025: CSK vs PBKS Match 49- Who will be Impact Players for today's match?

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will play against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the forty-ninth match of IPL 2025 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Both failed to qualify for playoffs in the IPL 2024.

Priyansh Arya was the star of the day, hitting a quick and exciting 103 runs from just 42 balls. Thanks to his innings, PBKS scored a big total of 219 runs. CSK tried to chase it down and fought hard, but they could only reach 201 runs. In the end, Punjab Kings won the match by 18 runs and took home a well-earned victory.

Nathan Ellis: He’s only played one match this season, the opener against Mumbai Indians. While he hasn’t had many chances, pairing him with Khaleel Ahmed with the new ball could work well for the team.

Noor Ahmad: The young spinner from Afghanistan has done well in the past with 24 wickets in 23 matches. He’s still someone who can make a big impact on spin-friendly pitches. In the last game, he played against SRH, giving away 42 runs in 4 overs taking two wickets.

PBKS: Impact Players

Praveen Dubey: A 31-year-old leg-spinner who can be useful with both bat and ball. He might play an important role in the next match if given a chance.

Vyshak Vijaykumar:  He was the star for Punjab Kings in their first game against Gujarat Titans. He’s played just one match this season but could be used again in the final overs to help with the bowling.

Priyansh Arya: A young left-handed opener who started well with 47 runs in his debut match against Gujarat Titans. He has scored 55 runs in three innings so far and will again open the innings with Prabhsimran Singh, hoping to give the team a strong start. Last time he played against RCB, he scored 69 runs in 35 balls.

Suryansh Shegde: A talented all-rounder who has done well in T20s. He has scored 131 runs in 9 innings with a very high strike rate and also taken 8 wickets. Last time he played against RCB, he scored 69 runs in 35 balls. Last time he played against KKR, he scored 4 runs in 4 balls.
