Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will play against Gujarat Titans(GT) in the sixty-fourth match of IPL 2025 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Both failed to qualify for the playoffs in the IPL 2024.
In the 26th match of IPL 2025, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) won against Gujarat Titans (GT) by six wickets in Lucknow. GT scored 180 runs, Shubman Gill scored 60 runs, and Sai Sudharsan scored 56 runs. In the second innings, LSG chased it down easily with the help of Nicholas Pooran scored 61 runs, and a 58 innings from Aiden Markram. Ayush Badoni stayed unbeaten on 28 to finish the game with three balls to spare. This win gave LSG an important boost in the points table and broke GT’s winning run.
Anuj Rawat: A talented batter who can be brought in if Gujarat loses early wickets early or when chasing, when the team needs big hits, he can make an impact.
Prasidh Krishna: He was in the impact player list last match and can be used in the second innings if Gujarat bats first, to strengthen the bowling.
Sherfane Rutherford: A strong middle-order batter who came in as an impact sub against PBKS. He might be used again if Gujarat needs more batting after early wickets or to replace a bowler in the second innings.
