Rohit Sharma is in strong form against Gujarat in the Eliminator match and has scored a half-century. With this, he has also completed a triple century and achieved something that only Virat Kohli has done in the IPL so far.
Rohit's performance in IPL 2025 hadn't been very impressive until now, but in this big match, his bat finally spoke. He attacked the Gujarat bowlers from the start and scored runs quickly. He got two chances in the second and third overs, which he made full use of. Rohit fulfilled the responsibility of playing a big innings for his team when it mattered the most.

Talking about runs, The Hitman has scored 7000 IPL runs in 266 innings. Virat Kohli is at the top with 8618 runs in 258 innings. Shikhar Dhawan is at number three with 6769 runs in 184 innings. After him comes Mr. IPL, Suresh Raina, who has scored 5528 runs in 200 innings.
The Indian skipper was lucky in the match against the Gujarat Titans. First, Gerald Coetzee dropped a catch when Rohit was batting on 3 runs, off the bowling of Prasidh Krishna. Later, when he was 12, wicketkeeper Kusal Mendis dropped another catch. Mendis reacted late, and the opportunity was missed.
