Everyone is waiting for the IPL 2025 schedule and we are not far away from learning the complete fixture for the IPL 2025.

It will be the 18th edition of the richest and most popular franchise cricket league. The IPL 2025 will run between March 21 and May 25, 2025. Ten teams will participate, and 74 matches will be played in the tournament. While Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are the defending champions, Eden Gardens (Kolkata) will host the season opener and the Final of the IPL 2025. Also, Kolkata will host the Qualifier 2, while Hyderabad will host the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator. 

IPL 2025 fixtures can be revealed this week

The complete fixture for the Women’s Premier League 2025 has already been announced, which will run between February 14 and March 15, 2025. Now, we will learn the complete IPL 2025 schedule soon, as according to some media reports, the IPL 2025 fixtures will be revealed this week.

We already experienced record bids in the mega auctions

The two-day mega auctions experienced many big spendings, including two record buys of Punjab Kings spending INR 26.75 crore for Shreyas Iyer, under whose captaincy KKR won the IPL 2024 title, and Lucknow Super Giants spending INR 27 crore for Rishabh Pant. Also, the all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer created history by becoming the most expensive all-rounder in IPL history as Kolkata Knight Riders won his bid for INR 23.75 crore.

The mega auctions also experienced the signing of the youngest player in IPL history as Rajasthan Royals signed the 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi for INR 1.1 crore. 

Five-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) are holding the records for the most IPL trophy successes, while the IPL 2024 trophy was KKR’s third IPL title. The other IPL champions are Rajasthan Royals, now-defunct Deccan Chargers, SunRisers Hyderabad, and Gujarat Titans, as all these teams have celebrated one IPL trophy suc
