The 46th match of the IPL 2026 has been scheduled Gujarat Titans vs Punjab Kings (GT vs PBKS) on Sunday night (May 3). Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad) is hosting this fixture, as it is the fifth match at this venue in the ongoing season. While GT are playing their 10th game of the season, PBKS are playing their ninth game of the tournament. It is their second meeting of the season.

The IPL 2022 champions Gujarat Titans are in fifth place in the IPL 2026 points table with 10 points from nine games, recording five wins and four losses. After losing back-to-back matches, GT recently made strong comeback by winning both of their last two fixtures.

After starting the season with six wins and one no result, PBKS just suffered their first defeat of the season during their last game, as Rajasthan Royals beat them by six wickets after successfully chasing the 223-run target in 19.2 overs.
