[WATCH]: Jawans celebrate India's victory in IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2025 Final

The frame capturing CRPF Jawans celebrating India's win over Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025 Final described how the match was important for them. It was not a rivalry only limited to the cricket pitch; it was beyond the field.

Rinku Singh hit the winning run for India in the final match of the tournament against the archrivals. The Men in Blue brigade waited for the moment of glory till the 20th over of the second innings to defend their title. It was Rinku Singh, who came into the Eleven as the replacement of injured Hardik Pandya, who confirmed India's win on the 4th ball of the 20th delivery of the second innings of the match. He was a fresh batter at the moment and went to play the first ball of the final against Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf. Because of Pandya's niggle, as informed by captain Suryakumar Yadav, Rinku came into the playing eleven and proved his mettle as a finisher.

Throughout the Asia Cup 2025, the India vs. Pakistan rivalry was more than a cricket rivalry; it went beyond the field because of the Pehalgam terror attack incident followed by India's Operation Sindoor. Ahead of the tournament, netizens shouted to boycott the India vs. Pakistan match. The two rivals faced the contest not once, but twice, faced with high intensity as well as controversy. Since the first face-off of the tournament with Pakistan, Suryakumar Yadav-led India denied shaking hands with Pakistan. Which initiated controversy, as well as their view over the match.
