Hardik Pandya, the pace bowling all-rounder of the Indian cricket team, has hit back at the paparazzi for their inappropiate phorograhy of Mahieka Sharma as he put the statement on social media.
A video of photographers running behind Mahieka Sharma as he exited the Mumbai restaurant went viral on December 09 as a section of fans shared it widely on social media platforms, besides speculating whether it was the clip that promoted the Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya’s response. He shared the message for the paparazzi on her Instagram story.
The Indian all-rounder urged the media personnel to respect the personal boundaries, despite highlighting that the public eye generally comes with attention and scrutiny when they have picked up this life. He acknowledged that the public figures attract attention but should be treated with dignity in certain moments.

Hardik Pandya hits back at paparazzi for Mahieka Sharma’s inappropriate photo
Hardik has been out of action since the group-stage clash against Sri Lanka of the Asia Cup 2025, as he missed the final of the event and the away Australia series, along with the home ODI series against South Africa. However, his eyes will be keen on the upcoming T20 World Cup 2026 in India and Sri Lanka.

To the media brothers who work hard every day: I respect your hustle, and I always cooperate. But I'm requesting you all, please be a little more mindful. Not everything needs to be captured. Not every angle needs to be taken. Let's keep some humanity in this game. Thank you.” Pandya shared on social media.
Hardik made his relationship with the fashion model official by sharing photos of them from a beach in October. The duo was spotted at the Mumbai airport, which marked their first public appearance together.
