In Match 26 of the 2025 Major League Cricket (MLC) season, Washington Freedom produced a comprehensive 8-wicket win over the Seattle Orcas at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill. Washington opted to bowl first, and their bowlers proceeded to destroy the Orcas' batting, skittling them to only 82 runs in just 17.4 overs, which is also the third-lowest team tally in MLC history. Glenn Maxwell led the charge with a brilliant spell of 3/12, well supported by Saurabh Netravalkar (3/13) and Jack Edwards (3/19).
