Pakistan players are unlikely to feature in the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2026 after PCB’s shocking demand. Know what the demand is, how it could affect the squads, and the schedule and live streaming details of the league

The Pakistan players’ participation in the upcoming Abu Dhabi T10 League 2026 has become unlikely after the board blocked the no-objection certificates for their players unless the event pays them USD $10000 for each NOC it gives to the players. This has pushed the sides to choose between paying the fee or looking for the players’ replacement.
Reports from ESPNcricinfo have noted that the management of the league has placed an application for the NOCs for the Pakistan players after the draft on September 30. The board has communicated a USD $10000 demand at the start of this week, days ahead of the scheduled beginning of the event on November 07.
What is PCB’s demand? Why Pakistan players may miss the Abu Dhabi T10 league 2026
As many as 16 players from Pakistan were picked by the six sides in the draft. Some players, reportedly, were planning to pay the fee to the board from their pockets. But despite their efforts, the teams have now explored replacement players.
The Pakistan board withheld the NOCs for the players participating in the Nepal Premier League (NPL), demanding USD $25000 for each player. Apart from Hussain Talat and Jahandad Khan, many players have returned without featuring in the competition.
Under the previous administrations, the PCB allowed only two foreign leagues for the centrally contracted players, which was called ‘PSL plus two.’
