Just after Heinrich Klaasen was engaged in a heated argument post his dismissal during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 clash with Sanju Samson at the MA Chidambaram Stadium at Chepauk, his Instagram comment section was flooded with trolls from Samson’s fans, with several posts and videos on the Kerala-born.

The CSK vs SRH IPL 2026 result, however, at the end of the game, didn’t go Samson’s way as the Chennai Super Kings lost the contest and found themselves in a critical situation of qualifying for the playoffs. Meanwhile, the Sunrisers Hyderabad qualified for the top-four spot of the competition.

The incident took place during the over of Noor Ahmad, who dismissed the Protea batter. He changed his angle and went over the wicket to bowl the googly at the right-handed batter. Klaasen stayed leg-sided and looked to go inside out as the ball spun away and beat the outside edge, who grabbed his leg out and planted it back in.

Sanju Samson collected the ball and broke the stumps to throw the ball up. The Indian wicket-keeper jumped as soon as he hit the stumps. It was a lightning-fast stumping as the batter’s leg was in the air.
