Pakistan and Afghanistan are ready to lock horns for the final match of the Tri-Nation T20I series (PAK vs UAE), including the United Arab Emirates. The UAE was already eliminated from the series, allowing the other two countries to settle the series. After defeating Pakistan, during the preliminary stages, Afghanistan proved they are not only a dark horse to consider, but also evolved as a serious contender to compete for a title.

Ibrahim Zadran and Sediqullah Atal have been key at the top throughout the tournament. Rashid Khan, the skipper of the team, remains as the match winner for the team. Their key moment came when they defeated the Pakistan cricket team, who is considered as one of the powerful contenders to win the upcoming Asia Cup 2025.

Toss update:

Pakistan skipper Salma Ali Agha won the toss and decided to bat first. This decision can prove difficult for them to prove on point, as the pitch of Sharjah has shown its two-paced nature so far. The pacers, during the first innings, gained some extra pace from the surface, while, during the second innings, it was the spinner who made the most impact. As Pakistan batted first, they are preventing Rashid Khan from bowling during the second innings; this move can be decisive.A total above 170 can be considered highly competitive here in Sharjah.
