In the past, Cricket was considered the gentleman’s game. However, it hasn’t been such the case in the recent past. Multiple viral videos on social media show how people get killed during a game. It could be while taking a catch, where the ball might have hit them in the wrong way, or while batting, when the pace of the delivery could be incredible to get away with.

But a recent video on the socials has been scary. According to the video, it’s the incident from Gujarat during a tape ball game. It has been reported that a famous and fine cricketer, Tahir Iqbal, was the captain of the side. He didn’t give a bowl to one of his bowlers during the contest.

Due to this act, Tahir’s brother has been shot dead. In Gujarat, Gulam Bose was the man who didn’t get a single over during the encounter. Due to not getting the overs, he returned home and murdered Captain Tahir Iqbal’s brother, as the video has gone viral.

Police rushed into the scene as the people reported the entire incident before them. Lots of people gathered at the ground. It’s generally a trend in local cricket where the captain tends to bat and bowl in the field and pick his favorite to throw the ball and make them bat in the top order.

In the past, there were some serious firing bowling from the likes of Danies Lilee, Jeff Thompson, or the golden West Indies bowling lineup. But hardly anyone imagined seeing a batter getting killed in the cricket field. In those past months, there was a lack of suitable helmets to save them, and still, it was a case of surviving in some way.

Till the Australia opening batter, Phil Hughes, was killed during the Shield game when he was hit on the back of his head by a bounce of Sean Abbott. The southpaw fell on the floor and was taken to the hospital, where the doctors couldn’t save his life. That was just before the 2014/15 BGT series against India, when Australia suspended themselves from bowling short balls for the entire series.
