[WATCH] Mohammad Nabi's son nails his father for six during Shpageeza Cricket League 2025
Watch Mohammad Nabi's son nail his father for a huge six during the 2025 season of the Shpageeza Cricket League.

A brilliant father-son moment took place between the veteran Afghanistan all-rounder and the former captain, Mohammad Nabi, and his son, Hassan Eisakhil, during the eighth encounter of the Shpageeza Cricket League 2025 in Kabul on July 22. The latter smashed his father for a huge six during the first innings of the game for Amo Sharks.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has shared a video of the moment when the off-spinner bowled a juicy delivery to the batter, who used all his power to send the ball into the stands. After hitting the shot, the right-handed batter walked up to the bowler and gave him a bright smile. It was just how a son would have reacted after hitting his father out of the park in the domestic T20 league.
The video also showed Hassan pulling the fast bowlers and the other spinners putting into the boundaries to celebrate a fine half-century as he raised his bat to soak up the applause. A few months ago, Nabi spoke about extending his career as he wanted to play the game with his son at least once.

Batting first, Amo Sharks put on 162 runs on the board but failed to play the full 20 overs. Hassan, who opened the batting for the side, smashed 52 runs in 36 balls thanks to five boundaries and two sixes at a strike rate of 144.44. Imran scored 24 runs in 14 balls with three boundaries and one six while Shahidullah got 45 runs in 36 balls.
A Son vs. Father moment, followed by some delightful strokes from Hassan Eisakhil to bring up his half-century. 🤩👏

However, there was hardly any contribution from the middle order of the side as they lost their last six wickets for just 29 runs. Naveed Zadran picked up four wickets for 21 runs in as many overs with a maiden. Kahlil Gurbaz returned with figures of 3/33 in four overs.
Mis Ainak Knights looked good to chase the score with over 128 runs in more than 10 overs. Khalid Taniwal drilled 56 runs in 27 balls, shouldering five boundaries and four sixes, while Wafiullah Tarakhil nailed 49 runs in just 21 balls. Till the report was made, they needed just 29 runs in nine overs to win the clash and still had eight wickets in hand.
