What MS Dhoni said about his retirement plans
CSK's former cricketer MS Dhoni is known as 'Thala' in Chennai, as the people love him. They treat him like their son since he has been playing for the team for a long time now. During the CSK Roar' 26 event, Actor Sivakarthikeyan requested the former skipper not to retire from IPL and play as long as he wants, as he is quite fit. Giving a cheeky answer, Dhoni started by saying that it is 'difficult'.
Actor Sivakarthikeyan said, “You can play till 60 also, sir.” Dhoni replied, saying, "It’s very difficult. It’s on the way, not way up. I can try."
Dhoni is one of the senior-most players in the entire IPL and has played an incredible game of cricket throughout the years. He has slammed boundaries and taken on bowlers with confidence, and that is one of the main reasons behind his fan following. Apart from that, he is an inspiration for many young players as well.
