A heartwarming video has gone viral on social media platforms from the T20 World Cup 2026 clash at the Wankhede Stadium between Nepal and England, where the Nepal fans have been seen cleaning the Wankhede Stadium after the end of the game. These days, the stadiums remain quite dirty, especially after the end of the game, with plastics and water bottles being spread at different positions of the seating arrangements.

It's not the first time that this sort of scene was seen from their fans, as they came up with such a gesture when they cleaned up the stadium after Nepal's national cricket team's match against Canada last year in February. In that incident, the fans were seen wearing gloves and masks while cleaning up the University Ground in Kirtipur.

In the video that has gone viral from the T20 World Cup, a Nepal Fan has been seen picking up the placards of fours and sixes under the cheers. He is doing the work with a smile on his face, as the video won hearts on social media.

Nepal gave a fight to England in that clash when the opposition posted 184 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their allotted 20 overs, thanks to their captain Harry Brook’s knock of 53 runs in just 32 deliveries at a strike rate of 165.32 with the help of four boundaries and three sixes.

The second biggest contribution for the Three Lions came from their number three batter, Jacob Bethell, who smashed 55 runs in just 35 balls, shouldering on four boundaries and as many sixes. Even Will Jacks played a vital knock of 39 runs in just 18 deliveries with the help of four sixes and one boundary at a strike rate of 216.67.

Nepal were excellent in the chase till the last over as Lokesh Bam put the shining light in their hopes with the knock of 39 runs in just 20 deliveries with the help of four boundaries and two sixes before Sam Curran held his nerve to complete the four-run victory for the England side.

Brief Scores: England 184/7 (Harry Brook 53, Jacob Bethell 55, Dipendra Singh Airee 2/23) beat Nepal 180/6 (Dipendra Singh 44, Liam Dawson 2/21) by four runs.
