The Indian players were seemingly in an excellent mood during the 1st innings of the game. The highlight was when Ishan Kishan was caught saying ‘Rohit Bhai Fir Gaali Denge Tereko’ to his fellow teammate Shubman Gill who was fielding there. He issued a warning to Shubman Gill to be wary of Rohit Sharma otherwise he will get a scolding from him.

Cricket fans were reminded of Rishabh Pant as Ishan Kishan was very chirpy behind the stumps. The young wicket-keeper was often seen sledging West Indies batters during the 1st innings of the game.

Apart from this, Ishan’s performance was quite good as a keeper. He took 2 catches (Joshua Da Silva’s and R Reifer’s) during the game. Kishan also helped the bowlers by giving them some valuable inputs from behind the stumps.
