Rohit Sharma was again applauded by the fans because of his down-to-earth persona. A recently viral video showed how the former India captain made a newly married couple's day special. 

According to news reports, Rohit Sharma was working out at the Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy in Bandra when he noticed a couple in the wedding dress. The couple was there perhaps for a photoshoot season. What Rohit did after noticing the couple was simply unthinkable and unforgettable for the couple as well. In the upcoming years, they will surely remember the moment, especially for Rohit Sharma. 

It was a rare occasion when an international joined a couple spontaneously only to make their moment special. As we can see in the video, Rohit started to dance to the classic Bollywood wedding song "Aaj Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai." Cricket fans described Sharma as the 'Romantic DJ.' For that couple, it was a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

If we talk about Rohit Sharma's recent on-field performance, then he was in stunning form during the 3-match away ODI series between Australia and India. India lost the series, but the opener won cricket fans' hearts by scoring a century and a half-century. He scored 202 runs in three matches at an astonishing average of 101. With the magnificent performance, he got the Player of the Series award as well. 

After taking retirements from both the Test and T20I formats, the Mumbaikar has been working hard on his fitness. He already lost some weight and looks in good shape. Cricket fans are expected to see him during the upcoming India vs South Africa ODI series, which is scheduled to start on November 30, after a 2-match Test series.
