[WATCH] Rohit Sharma’s wife, daughter and son snapped at airport post AUS vs IND ODI series
Watch the video where Rohit Sharma's wife, Ritika Sajdeh, his daughter and son were snapped outside the airport at the end of the three-match ODI series against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).

Rohit Sharma left Sydney for the very last time in his international cricketing carer, having smashed a fine knock of unbeaten 121 runs with the help of 11 boundaries and three sixes. He confirmed the news with a message on his social media as he also celebrated a fine half-century during the second clash of the series at the Adelaide Oval post his struggle in the opening Perth game.
A new video has gone viral around the social media which shows Rohit’s wife, Ritika Sajdesh, his daughter and son in the airport. However, it’s not sure whether it was the Sydney airport. India lost the three-match series after their poor performances in the first two clashes in Perth and Adelaide, but ended with a 2-1 margin thanks to the win in Sydney.

Rohi Sharma, during his Sydney knock, surpassed the former Indian captain and the iconic world class batter, Sachin Tendulkar to become the leading run-getter in ODIs for the Blue Brigade against Australia with 1530 runs. He achieved the feat over Tendulkar in 13 fewer innings.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who remained unbeaten on 74 runs in the chase, put up an unbeaten stand of 168 runs at the ground. Rohit and Kohli’s pair is now the third most successful batting pair in the history of the ODIs as they are now only behind the two stands of Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly who added 8227 runs while Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara clubbed 5992 runs.
“I have always loved coming here and enjoyed playing cricket at this venue (in Sydney). Brought back nice memories of 2008 (his first tour of Australia). It was fun, don't know if we're going to come back (as cricketers), but I've enjoyed every bit. We've enjoyed playing cricket regardless of all the accolades over the years.” Rohit shed light after the Sydney knock.
It's not confirmed if Rohit would participate in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26, having already impressed the selectors with his form. But his focus will be to retain the same touch during the upcoming three-match series against South Africa at home.
