The World Championship of Legends (WCL) has announced its revised schedule for the 2026 season of the tournament after the Pakistan side has boycotted their participation. The revised schedule has announced that all the games of the competition will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, with the final taking place on October 18.
Three games have already been played so far in the competition, with the Indian side taking on Australia and England, having lost the second encounter. Meanwhile, South Africa locked horns with the West Indies in the second encounter.

India’s next fixture will come after a break. They will face the South African side on October 10 before they face their neighbours Bangladesh on the very next day after the Proteas’ game. Their last group-stage clash of the event will be against the West Indies on October 13.

The first semifinal of the tournament will be on October 16, while the second semifinal will also be in the second half of the day. One of the biggest games of the competition, between England and Australia, will be on October 14 in the afternoon in Sharjah.

WCL 2026 so far: India beat Australia by 46 runs while Pakistan exited before playing a ball
In the opening clash of the event, India won the game by 46 runs. For the blue brigade, their captain, Yuvraj Singh, smashed a dashing knock of 71 runs off 44 balls at a strike rate of 161.36, thanks to five boundaries and six sixes, while Rishi Dhawan smashed 12-ball unbeaten 35 runs.
In the second encounter between the Proteas and the West Indies, the former posted a massive score of 242 runs for the loss of five wickets, thanks to Richard Levi’s 39-ball 87 and AB de Villiers’ 70-run knock off 39 balls. The West Indies lost the game by 97 runs.

England won their game against India by 21 runs as they ended up with 192/4, thanks to the 82-ball 133-run knock as Ravi Bopara clubbed 83 runs off 46 balls.
