She holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology and completed her schooling at Castleroy College in Ireland. Unlike many partners of sports stars, Sophie comes from the corporate sector.

She currently works as Second Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation, based in Abu Dhabi. In addition to her corporate role, Sophie also heads the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation, the charitable wing of Da One Sports, and is actively involved in social work.
