Devon Conway continues to lead the batting table after New Zealand’s match against Netherlands. Meanwhile, Mitchell Santner is the new topper of the bowling chart in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023.

Batting first New Zealand openers Devon Conway (32) and Will Young (72) gave a good start.  Rachin Ravindra (51), Daryl Mitchell (48), and Tom Latham (53) also contributed with the bat. However, it was a late cameo of 17-ball 36* from Mitchell Santner that finally helped the side set 322/7. During the chase, Colin Ackermann scored 69 runs but his dismissal triggered a collapse and Netherlands could score 223 runs in 46.3 overs.

Mitchell Santner was brilliant with the ball as well and claimed 5 wickets conceding 59 runs in 10 overs. Matt Henry scalped 3 wickets for 40 runs. From New Zealand, Aryan Dutt, Paul van Meekeren, and Roelof van der Merwe took 2 wickets each. Santner is now leading the bowling table followed by   Matt Henry who has taken 6 wickets so far. Bas de Leede is in third place currently.
