Fastest half century for India in T20I history ft. Abhishek Sharma

This time, Sharma completed his half-century facing only 14 balls. But, as of now, he is yet to break Yuvraj Singh's all-time record, registering a half-century in 12 balls only. That six 6s in and over against England's Stuart Broad during the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 remains as one of the batting testimonials for the Indian cricketer. With 36 runs from a single over, Singh, on the night of September 19, 2007, touched the half-century mark in only 12 balls, which is, to date, recognised as the fastest half-century scored by an Indian batter in the T20Is.
