Match 26 of the 2022-23 Big Bash League brings Hobart Hurricanes and Adelaide Strikers together on Monday evening at the Bellerive Oval. The Hurricanes have won two and lost three matches so far in the tournament with the Strikers winning three alongside three defeats. Hobart Hurricanes have been inconsistent across this tournament but still have match-winners in each department. They will be confident of being very competitive and getting a win in this game in front of their home fans. Adelaide Strikers are in poor form but their performances have not been terrible in each of their last three games.
Adelaide Strikers vs Hobart Hurricanes – 26th Match
Venue: Bellerive Oval – Hobart
Date & Time: 02nd January 2023 at 01:45 PM IST

In previous seasons, this has been a good batting surface with an average score of over 170. However, the earlier game of this tournament saw both teams bowled out for under 130 and we expect bowlers to be on top in this match. There will be plenty of cloud cover and high humidity from start to finish.
No Injury. Will be added when there is an update

The Hurricanes and the Strikers both have exceptional players but have struggled to perform consistently in recent games. We think the batting line-up of the Hurricanes will be key to the result of this match. This should be a really interesting team between two sides who have underperformed over the last week. In humid and cloudy conditions, we could well see a rain-reduced fixture and we expect both sides to look to take the attack to the opposition bowlers. Overall, we think Hobart Hurricanes have the stronger batting line-up and we are backing them to win. Considering the team combination, Hobart Hurricanes is expected to win this match.
