The West Indies’ three-match ODI series against the UAE concludes on Friday in Sharjah, with the series already secured. So far, the West Indies have won both ODIs by large margins, winning the first by 7 wickets and the second by 78 runs. The UAE were on the verge of being thrashed in the second ODI, but strong lower-order batting from Basil Hameed, Ali Naseer, and Aayan Afzal Khan kept them in the game. We anticipate that they will be competitive in this final ODI. The West Indies have had players ready to step up at critical moments throughout the series. They have a lot of experience and are confident of going 3-0.

There is not a great deal of pace in the pitch and there is also plenty of turn for the spinners. However, a par score will once again be over 300 in this clash.
Although the temperature will fall as the game progresses, it will start at 36 degrees and will not fall below 32 degrees during the game.

Although UAE have been well beaten in both matches, they can take plenty of positives with the performances of Ali Naseer and Aayan Afzal Khan. However, those two players are not good enough to beat West Indies on their own. We expect to see West Indies produce another strong performance with bat and ball and to go on to win the final ODI. Overall, we expect West Indies to be too strong and are betting on them to win and take the series 2-0. Considering the team combination, West Indies is expected to win this match.
