There is no news available on how they met, but she was reportedly the first girlfriends whom Kohli dated even before making his debut for the national side. Sarah-Jane Dias (2008)

Also, before debuting for the Indian cricket team, Kohli was allegedly dating Miss India 2007, Sarah-Jane Dias. The reports claimed that they were together for a year in 2008 after the right-handed batter became the captain for the U-19 World Cup, which they went on to win. Though they didn’t reveal any stories of those days, there are several reports of them getting a lot of attention in those days.

Later, in an interview, the actress called their relationship one of the weirdest rumors she had ever heard while setting the record.

Sanjjanaa Galrani (2011)

The next name for Kohli in the list of ex-girlfriends is actress Sanjjanaa Galrani in 2011. After being part of the World Cup-winning side when they beat Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Kohli met Galrani at a party. The youngster’s desirability went through the roof as many showed interest.

They met at the party of Vijay Mallya and started dating soon. Their pictures went viral on social media. Tamannaah Bhatia (2012)

Kohli was also romantically linked with actress Tamannaah Bhatia as their relationship speculation began in 2012 after they met each other during an advertisement shoot. Even though many claimed that they had dated each other for one year, nothing could have been confirmed.

Izabelle Leite (2012-14)

Ritika Sajdeh (2013)

Virat met Ritika Sajdeh in 2013 during a game in the Indian Premier League, as the speculation of them dating each other started when they were seen in a movie outing in 2013. This was right after the veteran batter returned from Zimbabwe, when he was already in a relationship with Izabelle Leite.

Sajdeh wasn’t comfortable with the situation, and the relationship ended. Later, she married cricketer Rohit Sharma in 2015, while Kohli tied the knot with the Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma in 2017.

Anushka Sharma (2014- present)

Virat Kohli first met Anushka during a shampoo commercial back in 2013. From there on, they became friends and started dating. By 2014, the batter went to the sets of Bombay Velvet to meet Anushka, who also turned up for a couple of games in the ground. In Australia during the BGT 2014/15, Kohli was seen giving a flying kiss to Anushka when he celebrated his century after a dry run of form in England.

After enjoying marital bliss and keeping the fans entertained with social media, they welcomed their first child in 2021. They named their daughter Vamika before being blessed with a baby boy, Akaay, last year.
