New IPL Teams: BCCI plans outline for 2 new IPL franchises, player retention, and a mega auction
As per a report in the Times of India, the BCCI has arranged an outline for the IPL, that includes two new franchises, player retention, mega auction, increase in salary purse, and media rights tender as well.
