3. 1947, 1st Test: Australia won by an innings and 226 runs

India was bowled out for 58 in their first innings after Australia produced 382/8d at Brisbane in 1947. Captain Lala Amarnath led India's scoring with 22 runs, while Chandu Sarwate who made 12 runs, was the only batter to reach double figures.
