IPL 2027 Trade window heats up — Every player transfer, rumour & confirmed deal

Even before the auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2027, the excitement has reached to another level. The trade window for the competition is open, and the teams have been trying their best to improve their squads’ quality, signing the new players from the other franchises.

Some of the players have already ben confirmed of the trades, while many others are still rumors. The fans have been waiting to see which star players will switch the tams before the auction of the IPL 2027.

From Pant's DC return to Hardik Pandya buzz — Every big name linked to a move

The captain of the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the last couple of seasons of the IPL, Rishabh Pant, will return to the Delhi Capitals (DC), where he played nine seasons of the competition from 2016 to 2024. He had been signed by the Lucknow side at the auction prior to IPL 2026 for a price of INR 27 crore, which is still the record of the IPL.

However, the real buzz has been around the signing of Hardik Pandya, the captain of the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the last few editions of the tournament. Many reports have claimed that he could head to one of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) or the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for the IPL 2027.

Rishabh Pant has gone to DC for a revised fee of INR 15 crore, while Kuldeep will move to the Lucknow side for his current fee of INR 13.50 crore. The different between Pant’s previous fee and Kuldeep Yadav’s fee will give the Lucknow side an extra INR 13.50 crore in the purse for the next auction, while DC will have INR 1.50 crore being deducted.
