It was the third delivery of the ninth over of the first innings when Jharkhand’s Kishan gave a shade of the former Indian captain, MS Dhoni, with a helicopter shot. It, however, was a little different from Dhoni as Kishan’s shot went for a lightning-fast boundary to the rope.

It was very full on the middle stump from Michael Bracewell to Kishan, who went on the back foot and deep into his crease before just whipping it through the vacant mid-wicket region for a boundary. There was no chance for the deep mid-wicket and long-on regions.
Two balls later, Kishan got forward and lofted Bracewell over the wide long-on region for a huge six. He became the third fastest to score 2000 T20I runs in terms of balls as he took 1345 deliveries for the Indian side and completed his fifty off 28 balls.
