The two stars of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Virat Kohli and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, celebrated their IPL 2026 title win with the 'kikli' dance as it went viral around the social media.

Just a day after the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 victory for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), their star performers, Virat Kohli and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, were seen enjoying in the ‘kikli’ dance as the video went viral around social media platforms. Kohli posted it on his Instagram story.
It was the second successive victory for the Rajat Patidar-led side, as they beat the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the final by five wickets at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. They joined the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Mumbai Indians (MI) to win two consecutive trophies in IPL history.
The Kikli dance moment that broke the internet after RCB's IPL 2026 title celebration
Since the victory of the IPL 2026, several videos and photos have surfaced online, featuring Virat Kohli, Dinesh Karthik, Patidar, and other members of the franchise members enjoying their celebrations. Kohli was seen dancing with the RCB pacer, Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

The clip, taken from the success of the team, showed the duo performing the ‘kikli’ step on the dance floor. For those who don’t know, the ‘kikli’ is a popular folk dance from Punjab, where the two people hold each other’s hands tightly and spin rapidly in a circle.

The video of Kohli and Bhuvneshwar Kumar performing the dance move quickly went viral. This wasn’t the first time the former RCB captain’s dance moves grabbed attention, as he was earlier spotted with his wife, Anushka Sharma, in celebration of their second trophy.
How Kohli and Bhuvneshwar Kumar powered RCB to their IPL 2026 championship
Kohli finished the recently concluded IPL as the fourth-leading run-getter. The right-handed batter smashed 675 runs in 16 innings of the edition at an average of 56.25 and a blistering strike rate of 165.84, thanks to five half-centuries and one century at the best score of unbeaten 105 runs against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Raipur.
In the final, the former Indian captain remained unbeaten on 75 runs off 42 balls, decorated with nine boundaries and three sixes, at a strike rate of around 180, to shoulder the side over the winning line with a match-winning last-ball six.

In the bowling department, Bhuvneshwar Kumar ended the campaign as the second leading wicket-taker. He picked up 28 wickets in 16 innings at an average of under 18 and a strike rate of 13.50, including an impressive economy rate of below eight.
