In Match 12 of the 2025 Shpageeza Cricket League (SCL), Band-e-Amir Dragons played against Speen Ghar Tigers at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium. The Dragons won the toss and chose to bat first, setting up a big total on the board. Sediqullah Atal scored a classy half-century, and Rahmanullah Zadran and skipper Hashmatullah Shahidi provided good assistance. For the Tigers, a spirited run chase was delivered with great effort from Darwish Rasooli and Ijaz Ahmadzai. Zubaid Akbari played a key role with his important 37 from 26 that changed the momentum in favor of the Tigers. While the Dragons' bowlers took wickets at regular intervals, they could not control the run rate. Izharulhaq Naveed (1/19 in 2 overs) was economical, but the rest of the attack could not maintain the pressure. Speen Ghar chased down the target in 20 overs with a score of 178/6 to record a much-needed 4-wicket win.
