Twitter Reactions: Mohsin Khan bowls wicket-maiden against Vaibhav Sooryavanshi during LSG vs RR clash in IPL 2026
The fans on Twitter reacted to Mohsin Khan becoming the first bowler to bowl a wicket-maiden against Vaibhav Sooryavanshi during the LSG vs RR clash in the IPL 2026.

The powerplay of the first innings between the Rajasthan Royals and the Lucknow Super Giants during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 clash at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium in Lucknow could have been divided into two halves, where the former started strongly before falling apart.
The home captain, Rishabh Pant, won the toss and decided to bowl first on a surface that was not true to its bounce, creating issues for the batters. But the visiting captain, Riyan Parag, believed it would slow down towards the second innings.

In the first 16 balls of the powerplay, the Royals raced away to 32 runs without any damage as Yashasvi Jaiswal looked good, having smashed Mohammed Shami for a hat-trick of boundaries. The southpaw used his power to cross the infield and beat the fielders before being dismissed on the fifth ball.
Shami also removed Dhruv Jurel for a golden duck. The right-handed batter had no answer to the ball that curved away after pitching and nipping away a touch. It took the outside edge and ended up in the hands of the wicket-keeper.
Mohsin Khan, the left-arm pacer, was introduced into the attack by Pant. The pressure and responsibility increased on Vaibhav Sooryvanshi, who was on eight runs off five balls at the start of the fourth over.
The first ball of the over was a good length delivery outside the off stump as the batter dabbed it down to short third man. The second ball was defended back to the pacer, who continued to keep the southpaw silent for the first five deliveries.
On the last ball, the Bihar-born looked to break the jail. It was a length delivery on the off stump as Vaibhav looked to go big over the leg side but lost his shape and ended up toe-ending the one to the cover fielder as Mohsin became the very first bowler to bowl a wicket maiden to the batter.
Rajasthan settled a little before Prince Yadav came back into the attack to break the fourth wicket stand with the wicket of Parag on 20 runs. The inaugural champions crumbled at 62/4 after nine overs of the innings.
Brief Scores (at the time of writing): RR- 89/5 (Yashasvi Jaiswal 22, Mohsin Khan 2/11) vs LSG
