The former Indian ODI captain, Rohit Sharma, was spotted driving a brand-new Tesla Model Y in Mumbai. It also has a special number plate, as the video of him driving the car ahead of the three-match ODI series against Australia down under went viral on social media platforms. He was recently removed from the 50-over leadership.
The Tesla registration number pf the India batter ends with “3015,” which holds a sentimental meaning. The reports claimed that the digits combine the birthdates of Rohit Sharma’s children. Social media has shared a glimpse of the case, which is a sleek electric SUV. The Tesla Model Y was recently launched in India at a price range of INR 59.89 lakh and INR 67.89 lakh.
Now, Elon Musk has retweeted the viral video. He has an integral hands-on relationship with Tesla as he joined them as an early investor in 2004 and took on the roles of CEO and product architect in 2018. Even though he is not the founder, his leadership from the company’s early days has been instrumental in the company’s rise.
