Watch: Explosive press conference! Luke Ronchi loses cool swears at journalist in PSL 2025/26
The Islamabad United coach, Luke Ronchi, has lost his cool and looked viciously at journalist in a heated press conference during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026.

The heated post-match press conference turned tense during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 after Islamabad United head coach Luke Ronchi lost his cool after their team’s six-wicket defeat against Rawalpindiz at the National Stadium in Karachi. They remained in third position of the points table with four victories in eight encounters.
Islamabad made a disappointing performance with the bat as they got bundled out for 137 runs in the first innings. It was a comfortable target for the Mohammad Rizwan-led side to complete the chase by 18.1 overs by six wickets. The defeat’s reaction was visibly seen on Rochi’s face during the media interaction.
Heated exchange erupts between Luke Ronchi and reporter
The heated exchange escalated when a journalist interrupted Luke Ronchi while he was in the middle of answering a question. He was clearly annoyed by the breach of the protocol as the wicket-keeper snapped in saying, “He can ask me a question, I don’t give a s**t!”
His remark created an awkward moment in the room, which prompted the media coordinator to quickly step in and restore order, as they urged the reporters to maintain decorum during the media interaction.
