Whenever Pakistan loses a game against India in any tournament, it has become a trend for their fans to come out of their home and break their television sets to release their anger. In all the ICC and ACC events in the past, they have broken several television sets after their losses to the Indian side, and a familiar scene was seen during their loss in the Asia Cup 2025.

A video has gone viral on social media, showing that a journalist was recording a video to analyze the game with lots of Pakistan fans around him. That was when a young fan came in the middle of the video with his television set and dropped it on the floor to break it.

Fans tend to be really angry at the team’s performance. Earlier in the evening, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Pakistan’s captain, Salman Ali Agha, won the toss and decided to bat first in the encounter, anticipating the conditions to be tough for batting and the surface to hold the balls in the second innings.

Hardik Pandya started the bowling of the innings and sent back Saim Ayub on the first legal ball of the innings. That was the breaking point as Pakistan kept losing wickets throughout the innings. At one point, they were in danger of not crossing the 100-run mark in the innings before Shaheen Afridi came to nail an unbeaten knock of 33 runs to shoulder them to 127/9.

Abhishek Sharma killed the chase at the top with an aggressive knock of 31 runs in just 13 balls with the help of four boundaries and two sixes at a strike rate of 238.46 before Suryakumar Yadav, the Indian captain, completed the successful chase with an undefeated 47 runs in 37 balls at a strike rate of 127.03.

Interesting scenes took place in the clash as Sky refused to shake hands with Pakistan’s captain during the toss and continued the same trend after winning the game. The other Indian members went upstairs to their dressing room and locked the door at the end of the clash.
