During the third ODI of the three-match series against England in 2016, amidst the retirement rumours, Rohit became the very first batter for India to celebrate a century in the 50-over format at Lord’s. He smacked a fine knock of 138 runs off 110 balls with the help of 17 boundaries and five sixes at a strike rate of 125.45.
