Watch: AI chip in Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s bat? Pakistani cricket analyst makes shocking claim during IPL 2026
The Pakistan Cricket Analyst has made a shocking claim on whether Vaibhav Sooryavanshi had AI chip on his bat during the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026.

The biggest talk of the town in India and around the world has been how Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has already broken several records in the shortest format despite being only 15 years old. In the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) clash against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, he smashed the third-fastest century of the competition.
The left-handed opening batter of RR, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, drilled a fine knock of 103 runs off just 37 balls at a strike rate of 278.38, with the help of 12 sixes and five boundaries. He has brought the freshness at such a young age with aggressive batting.
Viral claim sparks controversy around Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s bat
Despite the success of the Bihar-born, the Pakistan analyst and author has raised a question on whether there had been an AI chip on the bat of the left-handed opener.
“When Sooryavanshi smashed four sixes in the very first over against Praful Hinge, then what’s left in the powerplay? His strike rate is over 200.” One of the members in a podcast expressed.
The author revealed that the bat swing and the wrist position of the opener has been fantastic, and it would grow more eventually when he would become 18 and his body would transform with a strong core.

“I really wonder what that kid has been. I think people need to check him at this point. Just like how you go through the doping tests, he also needs to check if he used an AI chip in his bat. That doesn’t look human. He is unreal. What a player he is! His strike rate of around 200 gave me the thought that he played slowly. It should have been 300.” Dr. Nauman Niaz addressed.
“When you turn in to 18 years, you body transforms. Your shoulder starts to open up. You build your triceps or biceps, and your core becomes strong. And Sooryavanshi is 16. When he was born, Virat Kohli was already a world champion. If you see Sooryavanshi, he has a great wrist position and a fine arc of his bat swing.” He concluded.
